Tenant Responsibility


TENANT UNDERSTANDS THAT: From Here 2 There Dorm Moving & Storage requires full payment of my summer storage bill upon pick-up.
 
From Here 2 There Dorm Moving & Storage will not accept for storage any live/perishable items, drugs/alcohol or weapons/firearms of any kind. I will not have access to my belongings once they have been picked-up until the scheduled delivery date. Before a delivery date can be scheduled, all charges and any other fees must be PAID IN FULL. From Here 2 There Dorm Moving & Storage reserves the right to deny delivery of my belongings until all non-cash payments have cleared the bank.

From Here 2 There Dorm Moving & Storage accepts cash or certified checks on all goods going out of storage and for at pick-up. Personal checks are only accepted if cleared by the bank in advance.
